Project Overview

Hot Date Kitchen is a second-iteration date-cutting machine aimed at tripling production speed while improving cleanability and food safety. I fabricated food-safe parts with CNC tooling, ran ANSYS FEA to size components, and designed 3D-printed brackets for rapid blade servicing.
